  • 2 lbs seedless grapes
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional, but traditional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the grapes:
    Wash and dry 2 lbs of seedless grapes.
    Cut them in half (you can leave them whole if preferred, but halved blends better with the cream
  • Make the creamy base:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together:
    8 oz cream cheese (softened)
    1 cup sour cream
    ⅓ cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine grapes with the cream mixture:
    Gently fold the grapes into the cream mixture until fully coated.
  • Add the topping:
    Sprinkle ⅓ cup brown sugar and ½ cup chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  • Chill (optional, but recommended):
    Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors meld and serve cold.
